Amend the Olivo amendment to CSHB 2 (amendment package page 
250) as follows:
	(1)  On page 1 of the amendment, line 5, after the semicolon, 
insert "and".
	(2)  On page 1 of the amendment, strike lines 6-8.                             
	(3)  On page 1 of the amendment, line 9, strike "(E)" and 
substitute "(D)".
