The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend the Martinez Fischer amendment to CSHB 2 (packet page 
91) as follows:
	(1)  On page 1 of the amendment, line 1, before "Amend", 
insert "(1)".       
	(2)  On page 1 of the amendment, lines 3 and 8, strike "may 
not" both places it appears and substitute "shall not".
	(3)  Add the following appropriately numbered item to the 
amendment:         
	(  )  Amend CSHB 2 on page 13, line 8, by striking "may not" 
and substituting "shall not".
