Amend CSHB 2  as follows:                                                    
	(1) Amend CSHB 2 by striking the words "low-performing" 
wherever they appear in the bill and replacing with the words "high 
priority"
	(2) Insert an appropriately numbered section in Article III 
to read as follows:
	Section 3.    . "Notwithstanding any other provision of law, 
any reference in law to "low-performing" schools or campuses means 
"high priority" as added by this act.
