The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend the Kolkhorst amendment to CSHB 2 (amendment packet 
page 127) on page 1, line 23, of the amendment by striking "33.01" 
and substituting "31.01".
