Amend CSHB 2 in SECTION 1A.01 of the bill, in PART A, ARTICLE 
1, on page 42, between lines 21 and 22, by inserting the following:
	Sec. 42.5011.  APPLICABILITY.  (a)  This subchapter applies 
only to a school district that contains one or more campuses 
considered low-performing under Section 39.132 for the preceding 
school year.
	(b)  A school district may make incentive payments under this 
subchapter only to employees assigned to a campus considered 
low-performing under Section 39.132.
