Amend CSHB 2 as follows:                                                     

(1)  On page 60, strike the sentence that begins on line 2.
	(2)  On page 59, line 24, strike "Subsection (c)" and 
substitute "Subsections (c) and (d)".
	(3)  On page 60, between lines 11 and 12, insert the 
following:              
	(c)  As part of compliance with continuing education 
requirements under this section, a principal or superintendent must 
attend advanced management training courses or programs as 
prescribed by board rule.
	(4)  On page 60, line 12, strike "(c)" and substitute "(d)".
