Amend the Miller amendment to CSHB 2 (amendment packet, page 
184) as follows:
	(1)  On page 1, line 10 of the amendment, immediately after 
"provide", insert  "the costs of defense and indemnification".
	(2)  On page 1, between lines 19 and 20, insert the following:                 
	(c)  The insurance required to be made available by this 
section is in addition to the liability insurance provided by the 
employing school district under a general liability policy.
	(3)  On page 1, line 20, strike "(c)" and substitute "(d)".
