Amend CSHB 2 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  In SECTION 1A.08 of the bill, in added Subsection 
(b)(1), Section 42.2541, Education Code (committee printing, page 
2, line 54), between "Act)" and the semicolon, insert ", and any 
amounts the district received as a result of an agreement under 
Subchapter E, Chapter 41".
	(2)  In SECTION 1B.22 of the bill, in added Subsection 
(b)(1),  Section 42.2541, Education Code (committee printing, page 
13, line 53), between "year" and the semicolon, insert ", including 
any amounts the district received as a result of an agreement under 
Subchapter E, Chapter 41".
