Amend CSHB 2 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  In the introductory language of Section 2A.10 of the 
bill (committee printing, page 19, line 38), strike "(a-1), 
(a-2),".
	(2)  In Section 2A.10 of the bill, in amended Subsection (a), 
Section 21.402, Education Code (committee printing, page 19, line 
39), strike "(a-1), (a-2),".
	(3)  In Section 2A.10 of the bill, strike proposed
