Amend CSHB 2 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  In SECTION 2C.25 of the bill, in added Section 
39.1321(e), Education Code (committee printing, page 46, line 5), 
strike "and".
	(2)  In SECTION 2C.25 of the bill, in added Section 
39.1321(e), Education Code (committee printing, page 46, between 
lines 5 and 6), insert the following:
		(4)  a proven record of financial ability to perform 
under the management contract; and
	(3)  In SECTION 2C.25 of the bill, in added Section 
39.1321(e), Education Code (committee printing, page 46, line 6), 
strike "(4)" and substitute "(5)".
