Amend Floor Amendment No. 25 to CSHB 3 by Swinford (amendment 
packet, page 39), on page 1 of the amendment, by striking lines 9 
and 10 and substituting "(a-1)  Notwithstanding Subsection (a), if 
on January 1, 2002, this chapter applied to a school district in 
whose territory is located a federal nuclear facility, this 
subchapter".
