Amend CSHB 3 (Senate committee printing) as follows:                         
	(1)  In the recital to SECTION 7C.01 of the bill (page 56, 
line 13) strike "amending Subsections (a), (b), and (e) and".
	(2)  Strike Sections 57.048(a), (b), and (e), Utilities 
Code, as amended by SECTION 7C.01 of the bill (page 56, lines 
15-27).
