Amend Floor Amendment No. 2 in Section 171.0013, Tax Code, as 
added in Item (1) of the amendment (page 3, line 1) by striking 
"gross receipts from business" and substituting "gross receipts 
from business, not to exceed an amount that would overly burden low 
margin, high receipts businesses,".
