Amend CSHB 3 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  In SECTION 3.01 of the bill, proposed Subsection (b), 
Section 45.251, Education Code (committee printing, page 4, line 
60), strike "$1.10" and substitute "$1.20".
	(2)  In SECTION 3.05 of the bill, amended Subsection (b), 
Section ll.13, Tax Code (committee printing, page 7, line 45), 
strike "$15,000" and substitute "$30,000 [$15,000]".
