The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend HB 4, on third reading, in amended Section 31.104(c), 
Education Code, between "appropriate." and "Each", by inserting the 
following:
	The board may require the publisher of a textbook that must be 
returned by a student under Subsection (d) to place a bar code with 
a unique identifying number on the textbook.
