System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSHB 10 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
Section to the bill:
	SECTION ____.  The amount of $2 million is appropriated to 
Texas A&M University out of the general revenue fund for use by the 
Integrative Center for Homeland Security during the state fiscal 
biennium beginning September 1, 2005, for the purpose of hazardous 
material cleanup on interstate highways.
