	Amend CSHB 10 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
Section to the bill:
	SECTION ____.  APPROPRIATIONS FROM TELECOMMUNICATIONS 
INFRASTRUCTURE FUND.  Notwithstanding any other provision of this 
Act, none of the money appropriated by this Act may be appropriated 
out of the Telecommunications Infrastructure Fund.
