Amend CSHB 55 as follows:                                                    
	(1)  On line 8 of the bill, strike "RONALD REAGAN" and 
substitute "KAY BAILEY HUTCHISON".
	(2)  On line 10 of the bill, strike "Ronald Reagan" and

	(3)  On line 13 of the bill, strike "Ronald Reagan" and
