Amend HB 87 as follows:                                                      
	(1)  In the prefatory language in SECTION 1 of the bill 
(committee printing, page 1, line 13), strike "Subsection (b-1)" 
and Substitute "Subsections (b-1) and (b-2)".
	(2)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, added Subsection (b-1), 
Section 545.356, Transportation Code (committee printing, page 1, 
line 15), strike "The" and substitute "Except as provided by 
Subsection (b-2), the ".
	(3)  In SECTION 1 of the bill, after added Subsection (b-1), 
Section 545.356, Transportation Code (committee printing, page 1, 
between lines 22 and 23), insert:
	"(b-2)  Subsection (b-1) does not apply to a highway or part 
of a highway that has four or more lanes used for vehicular travel."
