System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	
Amend CSHB 135 as follows:                                                   
	(1)  On page 4, line 7, between "number" and "." add the 
following:   
	"or an identification number as provided by subsection (b).".           
	(2)  On page 4, in between lines 7 and 8, insert a new 
Subsection (b) to read as follows:
	"(b)  The secretary of state shall adopt procedures for the 
issuance of an identification number which may be used in a contract 
for purposes of Subsection (a) by health spas with more than one 
location in this state.".
	(3)  On page 4, on line 8, add the following:                                  
	"(c)(b) A contract under Subsection (a) constitutes the 
entire agreement between the seller and purchaser.".
	(4)  On page 6, line 9, strike "Subsection (b)" and substitute 
"Section 702.301(b)" and strike lines 10 through 13.
