System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	
Amend CSHB 150 (house committee printing) as follows:                        

(1)  On page 1, line 17, strike  "on the" and substitute 	"on:".
	(2)  On page 1, strike line 18 and substitute the following:                   
		(1)  the commission; or                                                
		(2)  the commission and the municipality's civil 
service board for employees other than police officers and fire 
fighters through a joint appointment to the commission and board.
