Amend CSHB 159 as follows:                                                   
	(1)  On page 1, line 7, strike "POLITICAL SUBDIVISION" and 
substitute "SCHOOL DISTRICT".
	(2)  On page 1, on lines 8 and 9, strike "and "political 
subdivision" have the meanings" and substitute "has the meaning".
	(3)  On page 1, line 11, strike "political subdivision" and 
substitute "school district".
	(4)  On page 1, line 17, strike ", a municipal charter".
