Amend HB 178, 2nd Reading Engrossment, on page 1, between 
lines 13 and 14, by inserting the following:
	(c)  This section does not authorize an election officer to 
reject a voter who is otherwise eligible to vote solely because the 
voter does not present a driver's license or personal 
identification card for proof of identification.
