Amend the Gallego amendment to HB 268 as follows:                            
	(1)  On page 1, line 3, strike "shall" and substitute "may
[shall]".
	(2)  On page 1, line 7, strike "shall" and substitute "may".     
	(3)  On page 1, line 8, strike "shall" and substitute "may".     
	(4)  On page 1, line 11, strike "shall" and substitute "may".
