Amend CSHB 322 as follows:                                                   

(1)  On page 1, line 13, strike "was not dishonorably 	discharged" and substitute "was discharged under honorable 
conditions, if discharged".
	(2)  On page 2, line 2, strike "unless the applicant was 
dishonorably discharged" and substitute "who, if discharged, was 
discharged under honorable conditions".
