The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend CSHB 440 on page 1, following line 10, by adding 
Subsection (f) to read as follows:
	"(f)  The obligor is not entitled to a waiver in subsection 
(a) (1) if the obligor is incarcerated for an act of family violence 
as defined by Section 71.004, Family Code, or for violation of a 
protective order as defined by Title 4, Subtitle B, Family Code or 
citation of contempt."
