Amend HB 540 on third reading by adding the following SECTION to the
  bill between lines 22 and 23 and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill
  as appropriate:
SECTION 2.  If this Act takes effect to name the part of U.S. Highway 290
  located in Harris County after Ronald Reagan, no other Acts of the 79th
  Legislature may name a highway after Ronald Reagan.
