The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend Amendment No. 1 to CSHB 603 as follows:                                
	(1)  In proposed Section 37.001 (a) (4) (B), Education Code, 
strike "; or" and substitute ";".
	(2)  In proposed Section 37.001 (a) (4) (C), Education Code, 
strike ";" and substitute "; or".
	(3)  Immediately following proposed Section 37.001 (a) (4) 
(C), Education Code, insert the following:
			(D)  a disability that substantially impairs the 
student's capacity to appreciate the wrongfulness of the student's 
conduct;
