Amend HB 692 (house committee printing) as follows:                          

(1)  On page 1, line 5, strike "Section 43.02(c), Penal Code, 	is amended"  and substitute "Section 43.02, Penal Code, is amended 
by amending Subsection (c) and adding Subsection (d)".
	(2)  On page 1, between lines 18 and 19, insert the following 
new subsection:
	(d)  If conduct constituting an offense under this section 
also constitutes an offense under another section of this code, the 
actor may be prosecuted under either section.
