System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSHB 758 as follows:                                                   
	1.  In SECTION 1, amend Section 43.007 by inserting new 
section (c) after line 19:
	(c)  In conducting the pilot program, the secretary of state 
shall provide for an audit of the Direct Recording Electronic 
voting units before and after the election, and during the election 
to the extent such an audit is practicable.
	2.  Renumber the subsequent subsections accordingly.
