	Amend CSHB 789 as follows:                                                   
	(1)  On page 73, strike lines 3-8 and substitute "and received 
independent of one or more nonbasic network services or a package of 
services that includes one or more nonbasic network services or 
other services."
	(2)  On page 76, strike lines 22-24 and substitute:                            
		(1)  basic network service when ordered and received 
with one or more basic network services or with one or more nonbasic
