Amend HB 801 as follows:                                                     

(1)  On page 1, strike line 14 and substitute "and neglect;".
	(2)  On page 1, line 18, between "nature" and the period, 
insert the following:
	; and                                                                   
		(3)  proper methods for obtaining information to 
determine:          
			(A)  whether the conduct included in a report of 
abuse constitutes a sexual assault under Section 22.011(a)(2), 
Penal Code; and
			(B)  if the conduct constitutes an offense under 
that section, whether the circumstances described by Section 
22.011(e), Penal Code, exist
