Amend CSHB 823 (Senate committee printing), in SECTION 1 of 
the bill, in proposed Subsection (i), Section 46.15, Penal Code, as 
follows:
	(1)  On page 1, at the end of line 23, strike "and".                    
	(2)  On page 1, immediately preceding the period at the end 
of line 25, insert:
