The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend CSHB 946 (committee printing) as follows:                              
	(1)  On page 1, strike lines 5 and 6 and substitute the 
following:           
	SECTION 1. Section 2166.5011, Government Code, is amended by 
amending Subsection (a) and adding Subsection (d) to read as 
follows:
	(2)  On page 1, insert the following between lines 15 and 16:                  
	(d)  Sections 2166.003(a) (1), (2), and (4) do not exempt a 
project from the application of this section.
