	Amend CSHB 955 as follows:                                                   
	On Page 7, Line 16, SECTION 2.07, between "application" and 
"to the", insert "of the creditor".
	On Page 10, Line 13, SECTION 2.10, amending Section 
306.002(c), strike subsection "(c)  This chapter does not affect 
transactions that are not subject to this chapter or affect or 
negatively impact any rule of law applicable to transactions not 
subject to this chapter."
	On Page 10, Line 13, Section 306.002(c), Finance Code, is 
amended by adding SECTION 2.11 and renumbering the following 
SECTIONS appropriately:
	"(c)  The provisions of this chapter do not affect 
transactions that are not subject to this chapter nor affect or 
negatively impact any rule of law applicable to transactions not 
subject to this chapter."
	On Page 17, Line 18, SECTION 4.01, strike "commissioner or".            
	On Page 21, Line 24, SECTION 4.05, strike "Section 349.201,  
349.202, or 349.203" and insert "Subchapter C of Chapter 349 of this 
title."
	On Page 60, Line 21, SECTION 8.02, strike "2.11" and insert 
"2.12"
