The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend HB 969 on page 4, line 18 of the committee printing by
inserting the following SECTION and renumbering subsequent
SECTIONS accordingly:
SECTION 3. Article 32A.02, Code of Criminal Procedure, is
repealed.
