Amend HB 1096 Section 822.155 (line 20 of page 3) by inserting 
the following:
	(e) It is a defense to prosecution under this subchapter that 
the person is utilizing a dog park which is designated by the 
municipality as an off-leash area.
	(f)  It is a defense to prosecution under this subchapter that 
the person is engaging in off-leash agility training or competition 
or involved in activities which contribute to further dog training.
