Amend CSHB 1116 by adding a new appropriately numbered 
SECTION ___ by adding a new Subsection (b), Section 11.0111, Parks 
and Wildlife Code, to read as follows:
	SECTION __.  (b)  The Parks and Wildlife Commission as 
established by Section 11.012 is subject to Chapter 325, Government 
Code (Texas Sunset Act).  Unless continued in existence as provided 
by that chapter, the Commission is abolished September 1, 2007.
