The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend HB 1120 on third reading as follows:                                   
	(1)  On page 2, line 5, between "applicant" and the period, 
insert "to circumvent immigration laws or for the sole purpose of 
obtaining immigration benefits".
	(2)  Strike page 4, line 27, through page 5, line 1, and 
substitute the following:  "marrying the absent applicant to 
circumvent immigration laws or for the sole purpose of obtaining 
immigration benefits; and".
