Amend HB 1274 by striking amended Subdivision (2), Section 130.196, Education Code (House engrossment, page 1, line 12), and substituting the following: (2) [Young,] Comanche, Brown, [and] Erath, and Young counties, except for the part of the Graham Independent School District that is located in Young County.
