Amend HB 1323 as follows:                                                    
	(1)  On page 2, lines 10-11, restore the language previously 
stricken beginning with "with" and ending at "it"
	(2)  On page 3, lines 3-5, remove ", unless it is committed 
under Subsection (b)(8), in which event it is a Class A misdemeanor"
