The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend HB 1353, engrossed version, on page 2, line 6 (Sec.
407A.453(b)(2)), by deleting subdivision (2) and inserting a new
subdivision (2) as follows:
"(2) one member to represent wage earners designated
by the commission;"
