Amend HB 1366 as follows:                                                    
	(1)  Strike Section 6 of the bill, adding proposed Section 
301.354, Occupations Code (House engrossment page 6, line 9, 
through page 8, line 3).
	(2)  Strike Section 7 of the bill (House engrossment page 8, 
lines 4 and 5) and substitute the following appropriately numbered 
section:
	SECTION __.  Section 304.010, Occupations Code, is repealed.                   
	(3)  Renumber the sections of the bill accordingly.
