Amend Amendment No. 4 by Van Arsdale to CSHB 1434 on page 1, by 
striking lines 26 through 28, and substituting the following:
			(C) does not include an electronic monitoring 
terminal, a site controller, or any electronic device used to play 
an electronic version of pull-tab bingo.
