Amend HB 1485 as follows: (1) on page 3, line 1, between ";" and "or", insert the following: "(6) a limited benefit policy that does not provide coverage for physical examinations or wellness exams;"; and, (2) on page 3, line 2, strike "(6)" and substitute "(7)".
