79(R) HB1528 - 3rd reading F1 (S)

Amend HB 1528 (Senate committee printing) on third reading as 
follows:     
	(1)  Strike the relating to clause and substitute the 
following:             

relating to the expiration of the other events trust fund 
established to support local efforts to recruit or retain certain 
sports events.
	(2)  Strike all below the enacting clause and substitute the 
following:      
	SECTION 1.  Section 5A(q), Chapter 1507, Acts of the 76th 
Legislature, Regular Session, 1999 (Article 5190.14, Vernon's 
Texas Civil Statutes), is repealed.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2005.
