Amend CSHB 1574 as follows:                                                  
	(1)  On page 1, strike lines 20-21 and substitute the 
following:             
	SECTION 2.  Section 32.51(b), Penal Code, is amended to read 
as follows:     
	(2)  On page 2, strike lines 5-7.
