The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend CSHB 1574 as follows:                                                  
	(1)  On page 1, line 9, between "individual" and the comma, by 
inserting "or a deceased natural person".
	(2)  On page 1, line 9, between "individual's" and the colon, 
insert "or a deceased natural person's".
