The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend HB 1610 by adding after line 14 on page 1 the following:
(b) Pipelines that cross roads to service oil or gas wells
must be buried and maintained as designated by a private road owner.
Re-letter remaining subsections.
