	Amend CSHB 1777 as follows:                                                  
	(1)  On page 48, lines 1 and 2, strike ", other than 
gasification of municipal solid waste".
	(2)  On page 48, line 4, strike "organic" and substitute 
"biomass".
	(3)  On page 48, line 5, after the period, insert "Renewable 
energy credits may not be issued for nondurable goods or containers 
and packaging."
